Soldera Mining Announces That CEO, Robert William Baxter, Has Passed Away

February 12, 2021 – Vancouver, B.C. – Soldera Mining Corp. (“Soldera” or the “Company”) (CSE:SOLD) (OTC PINK:SLDMF) is saddened to announce that its CEO, President and Director, Robert William Baxter, has passed away after a short illness. The Company expresses its sincerest sympathies to Mr. Baxter’s family.

Since joining the Company last year, Robert contributed significantly to the Company’s strategic direction.

The remaining directors of the Company, Arthur Brown, Robert Krause and Faizaan Lalani, will continue to take care of the affairs of the Company and have appointed Mr. Lalani, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, as Interim Chief Executive Officer. The Company is currently evaluating candidates for a permanent replacement for Mr. Lalani as Chief Executive Officer.
